Export or delete your account
In the app, go to Profile, then Account, and choose Export my data or Delete account. Account deletion is available directly in the app and removes your profile, predictions, and league history from active systems. If you cannot access the app, email support from the address linked to your account. If you use Grandstand Live without an account, local app data can be removed through device controls.
Subscriptions and refunds
Grandstand Plus is billed through your Apple App Store account. Manage or cancel it in your device's subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.
